Before beginning therapy, please sign an informed consent form, which outlines the nature of our services, the risks and benefits of therapy, confidentiality policies, and other important information.

- Client Eligibility: Our services are available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Clients must not have any legal restrictions that prohibit them from receiving our services. Anyone below 18 (eighteen) years of age is assumed to be a child (“Child”) and requires parental consent to use the Website.
- Services Offered: Our mental health organisation offers services for individuals who are experiencing mental health challenges. Our services include but are not limited to: a. individual and group counseling, psychotherapy, and coaching, b. digital note sharing with therapists c. online psychosocial education and content, d. mental health resources.
- Confidentiality: Therapy is a safe space, and the right to confidentiality is an integral part of this safe space. The conversations between a therapist and client constitute privileged information, meaning that the contents of these interactions are not revealed to anybody. Our organisation is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of our client’s information. We adhere to all state and federal laws regarding confidentiality. We will not disclose any client information without written consent from the client or as required by law. All therapists and staff are bound by rules of confidentiality.
- Limits of Confidentiality:
- Information disclosure in cases of imminent danger to self/others: When there is evidence of threat or harm to self or others, therapists are required to disclose such information to the Emergency Contact shared by the client and/or law enforcement agencies to help prevent loss of life
- Disclosure to nominated representative (if applicable)
- Disclosure to statutory authorities: In the rare event that a statutory authority like High Court/Supreme Court/ Board or other authorities warrant disclosure of privileged information in order to ascertain the client’s mental statu
- Disclosure of information to other healthcare providers like psychiatrists, GPs etc. to inform and facilitate treatmen
- Disclosure in the interest of public safety and security
Only such information as is relevant for safeguarding life will be shared with legal authorities, if the contingency arises. As far as possible, every attempt will be made to discuss the step of disclosure to the emergency contact with the client beforehand.
Our confidentiality policy is in accordance with the Mental Healthcare Act, 2017 and is subject to change to reflect changes in legislation and/or policy
- Supervision and Research: Our therapists work as a team and might take supervision or consult another professional about a case. All personal information (Name, location, institution, etc) will be avoided in such consultation. All information will be confidential among the team. Details of the work will not be shared unless believed to be important. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you also consent to session data (such as approach, interventions, etc.) to be used for further processing that can help enhance the quality of the therapy process. The data collected is for internal use only with no identity markers being recorded.
- Payment: Clients are responsible for payment of therapy sessions. We accept payment through UPI, credit/debit card, or insurance. Clients will be informed of the fees prior to their initial session.
- Cancellation Policy: If a client needs to cancel or reschedule a session, they must provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Otherwise, the client will be charged the full session fee.
- Emergency Situations: In the event of an emergency, clients should call emergency services or go to the nearest emergency centre. We are not equipped to handle emergency situations.
- Termination of Services: The organisation reserves the right to terminate services if a client breaches any of these terms and conditions or if we determine that we are not able to provide adequate care for the client.
- Contact outside of sessions: The telephone numbers we have provided are for use in the case of cancellations or alterations, and it is easier to respond to emails in regard to rescheduling appointments.
- Liability: Our organisation is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- Consent for Treatment: Clients must consent to receiving therapy services from our mental health organisation.
- Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the state in which our mental health organisation is located.
- Modification of Terms: Our mental health organisation reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
